Agile software development project
The goal of the project was to retire an existing manual control process used in the banking sector and replace it with an automated workflow tool.
Due to the significant amount of software development tasks, together with the client we decided to use an agile project management methodology. Two years after the project start, the development, testing, implementation, and user training were successfully completed.
Technical project management in the automotive industry
The aim of the project was to develop an electrical control unit for the automotive industry and introduce it into series production.
We were responsible for the overall technical project management including the coordination of the assigned sub-project leaders from the procurement and manufacturing side.
Agile transformation of a project management team
In recent years, there has been a notable shift in project management focus from the traditional to the agile mindset and methodology. Our project aimed to support the agile transformation within the organization's project management team.
We provided assistance to project team members and the project office throughout the agile transition process. The project team gained insights into how and when to apply the new approach, ensuring the sustained success of their future projects.
