PROJECT MANAGEMENT LAB
OUR HISTORY
Over the years, we have gained project management experience in various industries (automotive, agriculture, IT, financial, and banking sectors), worked in family-owned businesses and at international corporations employing hundreds of thousands of people. We have become familiar with different corporate and project management cultures of Hungary, Germany, the United States and India.
We decided to establish the Project Management Lab or as we call it, the PMLAB, so we can use this knowledge to assist small and medium-sized enterprises that have not yet developed their organizational project management or require external support for managing their projects.
THE FUTURE
In addition to our existing portfolio, we plan to introduce scrum, PM coaching and agile transformation activities.
THE PRESENT
Our team specializes in both classical and agile project management, scrum master activities and PMO functions. We have management related qualifications and certifications from international PM organizations.
